Dispatch and delivery

Orders dispatch within 3 days. Dispatch means the order has left us; it does not mean the parcel will arrive within 3 days. Delivery time is additional and depends on your destination and the shipping service.

If you need an item for a particular date or want to check shipping to your location, contact us before ordering.

Check your order details

Before placing an order, check the design, size, quantity, email address, and delivery address. If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact us promptly with your order number and the correct information.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, send your order number, a short description, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the information and help you with the next steps.
